1. About Zovira

The Site is operated by Zovira (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a commercial brand selling wellness and eye care products. Our primary product is the Zovira Heated Eye Mask, sold exclusively through tryzovira.co. For any inquiries, contact us at zovira@tryzovira.co.

2. Eligibility

We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing; if a product is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Important notice: The Zovira Heated Eye Mask is a personal wellness device designed to provide soothing warmth to the eye area. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment processor. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZOVIRA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
