30-Night Guarantee
Try Zovira Restore for up to 30 nights. If it's not working for you, email zovira@tryzovira.co with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Once we receive it back, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.
Prefer not to ship it back? You can choose to keep the product and receive a 50% refund instead — just let us know when you contact us.
One guarantee per customer. Applies to direct purchases from tryzovira.com only.
Returns
Outside the guarantee above, we have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must bat you received it: unworn or unused, withtags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at zovira@tryzovira.co with your order number. If your return is accepted, we'll email
you shipping instructions. Items sent back tong a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and c the item is defective, damaged, or if youreceived the wrong item, along with photos of the product, so we can resolve it quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We're unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Personalized or custom orders may also be excluded from returns — get in touch if you have questions
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to red once the return is accepted, make a separatepurchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are automatically
processed to your original payment method witse note it can take additional time for yourbank or card issuer to post the refund.
