How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then delivered within 6-9 business days. Delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order anytime using the "Track your order" link in our Help menu.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Return & Refunds page for full details.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Try it for 30 nights. If you don't notice a difference, email us at zovira@tryzovira.co with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Once we receive it back, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.
